Cancellation and Return Policy
- Order Cancellation
- Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please email us at info@myvehicle.co.uk with your order number and request. We will confirm whether the cancellation is possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Return Procedure
- We accept returns of eligible items in accordance with the following procedure:
- Before returning any item, customers must email us at info@myvehicle.co.uk to request a return and receive authorisation. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
- Items returned because the buyer no longer requires them must be in their original, sealed packaging and in unused condition.
- Items must be returned along with proof of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or other reasons. These include but are not limited to personalised products, digital downloads, custom made items.
